Terms and conditions
Last updated: 9 September 2026
The Bromley Psychologists is the trading name under which Thriving Minds Collective Ltd (Company No. 16358249, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides these services. Browsing this site or booking a session means these terms apply to you. Please read them before going further, and get in touch if anything here doesn’t make sense.
The purpose of this website
Pages here describe the practice in general terms: who we are, what we offer, and how the process works. None of it stands in for a proper assessment with one of our psychologists, and nothing on the site amounts to clinical advice tailored to your circumstances. We keep the site as accurate and current as we can, though we don’t promise it will always be available, and any page may be changed or taken down without warning.
Who our service is for
We work exclusively with adults aged 18 and over. Children and young people fall outside what we offer, so if you’re enquiring on someone else’s behalf and they’re under 18, ask your GP or school about NHS child and adolescent mental health services instead.
What this isn’t for
Therapy here is planned and ongoing, arranged around a weekly rhythm, not built to respond to an emergency. Anyone in immediate danger, or thinking about harming themselves, should contact their GP, call 999, or reach the Samaritans on 116 123.
Sessions, fees and cancelling
- A session runs for 50 minutes with an HCPC-registered clinical psychologist, held entirely by secure video.
- The fee is currently £130, paid ahead of the session by bank transfer or card. There’s no free introductory session.
- Cancelling or moving a booked session needs at least 48 hours’ notice. Inside that window, the full fee may still be charged, since the time had already been kept clear for you specifically.
- You’re expected to arrange a private, reasonably quiet space and a workable internet connection for each appointment, and to give your psychologist an honest account of your circumstances so the work can proceed properly.
Where our clinicians stand professionally
Anyone practising with us holds current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and works to its code of conduct, performance and ethics. That registration can be checked independently at hcpc-uk.org.
Who owns what’s on this site
Text, images and the overall design belong either to us directly or to someone who has licensed the material to us, and copyright protects all of it. Viewing or sharing pages for your own non-commercial purposes is fine. Anything commercial, republishing or copying included, needs our agreement beforehand.
Where responsibility sits
Nothing here replaces guidance from your own psychologist or GP, and the site is intended as general information only. Within the limits the law allows, we won’t be liable for loss or damage connected to your use of the site, and liability tied to the therapy service itself is capped at whatever you’ve paid for the relevant sessions. That cap doesn’t apply anywhere the law forbids it, which includes death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.
Links that lead elsewhere
Where a link on this site points somewhere else, it’s there purely for convenience. What happens on that other site is outside our control, and a link is not us vouching for it.
Law and jurisdiction
England and Wales law applies to these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive say over anything disputed under them or connected to your use of this site.
If these terms change
We may revise these terms occasionally, and any new version will replace this one here. Using the site or booking with us after a change means the updated terms apply to you.
