Online psychologist in Bromley
Clinical psychologists for Bromley and south east London, delivering evidence-based online therapy to adults by secure video, with no GP referral needed.

Clinical psychologists, all HCPC-registered, seeing adults across Bromley and south east London by secure video call. There’s no waiting room and no drive to find, just a private space of your own and a stable connection, wherever that happens to be.
Doctoral-level training, held to a public standard
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council is what separates a clinical psychologist from an unregulated title, and everyone on our team holds it. That means years of doctoral-level training in assessment and treatment, plus a published code of standards we answer to. We take on adults exclusively; children and adolescents aren’t something we treat.
Bromley, without the commute stacked on top
A lot of days here already start and finish with Bromley South’s run into Victoria or London Bridge, done in around twenty minutes if the trains cooperate. Layer a weekly therapy appointment somewhere across town onto that, and it becomes one more fixed slot competing with everything else going on, from an evening in Church House Gardens to a walk round Norman Park. Move the session online and that extra crossing disappears: you dial in from wherever the day has already left you, rather than fitting the rest of your day around a trip somewhere else.
Our reach covers BR1 and BR2 and stretches out to Beckenham, Chislehurst, Shortlands, Bickley, Hayes and Petts Wood. There’s more on how that plays out day to day on our online therapy in Bromley page.
The difficulties we’re asked about most
Adults come to us with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, health anxiety, stress and burnout, PTSD and other trauma, and perinatal mental health, among other things. Nothing starts from a label: an assessment comes first, and the plan that follows is built from what that assessment turns up. The expertise pages go through each of these in more depth.
What we use to treat them draws from six approaches: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, schema therapy and trauma-focused CBT. Where NICE has a clear recommendation for a given difficulty, that’s usually the starting point, but the final choice is worked out between you and your psychologist. Full detail on each sits on the therapies pages.
From first contact to a booked session
A short questionnaire is where it begins: what’s brought you to us, and how things stand right now. Our clinical team reads it, matches you with a psychologist from within the practice, and comes back with a proposed time for a first session. Everything after that runs on a familiar rhythm, assessment, a shared read on the problem, a plan, and reviews as things move forward. How we work sets this out in full.
Fifty minutes, once the session starts, over secure video. All that’s required on your end is a private spot and a connection that holds, and a link lands in your inbox ahead of time. Some psychologists suggest something small to try between appointments, but what that looks like, and how quickly you move, stays a decision made with you rather than for you.
